About Your Presenter:
Trish Tulloch RN, BSN, MSN, HCS-D, is a seasoned clinician with more than thirty years in the healthcare industry, including fifteen years in home health and hospice clinical management and more than fifteen years as a Senior Consultant with RBC Limited, a national Healthcare & Management Consulting Firm.

She is a home health credentialed coder from the Board of Advanced Medical Coding. She currently consults with multiple health care organizations and agencies to meet regulatory and accrediting standards. She has received rave reviews from conference attendees and is a frequent presenter sponsored by professional, state and national organizations. Education topics include OASIS-C and ICD-9-CM Coding; clinical and management best practices, legal documentation, survey and certification issues, effective quality improvement initiatives.
