On 09/09/2016, the Final Disaster Preparedness Regulations were published. The final rule establishes national emergency preparedness requirements for Medicare- and Medicaid-participating providers and suppliers to plan adequately for both natural and man-made disasters, and coordinate with federal, state, tribal, regional, and local emergency
preparedness systems.

This includes home care and hospice. These regulations are very comprehensive and will require a significant amount of man hours to achieve compliance.

This program will discuss:

– Tabletop exercises and much more.
