Exercises identify the organization’s disaster plan’s strengths and weaknesses which lead to improvement of capability to maintain essential functions before, during, and after an event. Many of our projects include:
- Tabletop Exercises- A brainstorming session to discuss a simulated emergency situation;
- Functional exercise – A focus on testing and evaluating the centralized emergency operational capability of an organization in a simulated real time environment;
- A full-scale exercise – multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional activity involving actual deployment of resources in a coordinated response, as if a real incident had occurred.;
- An After Action Report (AAR) – a retrospective analysis of the exercise.
